Ordering How-To
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and credit cards.
How much notice do I need to give?
Orders received on Wednesday to Saturday will ship on the following Tuesday. Orders received on Sunday to Tuesday (prior to 4pm) will ship that Wednesday. We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays unless it's by special request.
Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?
To change or cancel an order, please call 705-734-1211. All orders must be cancelled a minumum of 5 days in advance. No cancellations, refunds or credits will be granted after this time period as all products are baked to order.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
For our baked treats and chocolate treats we have a combined minimum order of 6 pieces. And we have a minimum order value of $40.00 prior to shipping charger and taxes.
Can I change my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
Shipping Information
How much is shipping?
We have flat shipping rates for UPS delivery in Ontario and Out of Province.
- Ontario $15.00 (plus HST) flat shipping rate.
- Out of Province $20.00 (plus HST) flat shipping rate.
Same Day Delivery is also available for addresses within 150km ... flat rate does not apply. See below for more details.
Do you offer same day delivery
Yes we do offer same day delivery. Please note that there are minimum order amounts, a 3pm cut off time, and delivery fee based on distance. Out of town deliveries of 50+ km will be scheduled for delivery.

Benefits of Same Day Local Delivery
The benefit of same day local delivery includes
- access to full online menu including party cakes and our frozen casseroles (that are not available for overnight delivery)
- helps guarantee that frozen items are delivered frozen
- it may be possible to request a delivery day & time that suits your schedule*
- no risk of UPS missing your delivery and frozen items not arriving overnight
When will my same day delivery be received.
Same day deliveries will not necessarily be delivered the same day you place the order but will be packed up and delivered on the same day (rather then delivered overnight by UPS).
- this is ideal for frozen & cooler orders
- in town deliveries will be delivered the next business day
- out of town deliveries will be scheduled for delivery in 1 or 2 business days
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch atinfo@theveganpantry.ca just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship Canada wide only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 4-6 work days for your order to be processed and shipped. We ship every Tuesday & Wednesday.
Need your order sooner, take advantage of our rush service option found in the check out.
How will frozen & cooler items arrive?
Your freezer items and cooler items will ship in an insulated cooler bag with at least 1 ice pack (larger orders will ship with multiple ice packs). Your order is expected to arrive overnight. The frozen items will likely thaw but remain cool with the help of the ice pack and cooler bag.
Allergy Information
Is your bakery free of dairy and eggs?
Yes — all of our baked goods are 100% free of dairy, eggs, gluten, and refined sugar.
Do you have any gluten free baked goods?
Yes -- we are 100% gluten free, with no exception.
Do your baked goods contain any nuts?
Yes -- we are not a nut free kitchen. We bake with almonds, peanuts, pecans, and cashews daily. Although we do have some items that are made without any nuts we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
